Here's the latest version of it with the 3:7 divided into 3:2 eighth note triplets, that is, with nested tuplets. Note: it's two pages long now.

I would suggest one more tiny change (I'm probably driving you crazy!)

In the fifth line where you have the three triplet groupings bracketed with the 3:2 ratios, I would suggest disconnecting the beams between the triplet groupings in order to make things a little clearer visually. In other words, the beams for the triplets would only extend as far as the brackets. This would be exactly how I would write it!

The 9 over 7 thread lives!

I've been away for a while, but I noticed GAMG's post and couldn't resist.

98 over 7 is actually very easy. Simply play 32nd note septuplets in 7/4 time--this is 98 over 7! Enjoy!
